We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and if your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, please contact us and we will email you instructions on how to return your merchandise to us.

If you are returning a defective cartridge a replacement cartridge will be sent to you. To start the return process on defective cartridges contact us to let us know that you need a replacement cartridge. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and will fax you a Shipping Call Tag so that you can arrange to have the cartridge picked up by UPS or FedEx to be returned to us. If you have to have your replacement cartridge immediately, a new one will be shipped to you and charged to you and when we receive your original cartridge we will credit your account, including shipping charges if you paid for shipping.

The shipping method used to send you the original cartridge will be used again to send you the replacement cartridge.

Any item that you purchased and do not need has to be returned within 15 days of your purchase. Your purchase must be returned in the same condition you received it in, with the original packaging, including manuals, parts, along with your receipts and or packing slip. If you received free shipping the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund and the return shipping is at your own expense. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To start the return process on an item that is in saleable condition contact us for an RMA No. and further shipping instructions.

Please remember, do not return merchandise to us unless your return has been approved and you have an RMA Number, which is a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.*
