Erik Minamihata Barajas
Leading Horizon Enterprises since 2014Erik Minamihata Barajas has led Horizon Enterprises since 2014, building the company around a straightforward promise: understand the mission, bring the right people and resources together, and remain accountable through completion. As owner, Erik guides strategy, develops supplier and subcontractor relationships, and stays closely involved in the communication and coordination that help public-sector customers move from requirement to dependable result.
His leadership is shaped by more than a decade of service across U.S. military and aerospace environments, where readiness, technical precision, and disciplined execution are essential. Training that includes Air Force Basic Military Training, Airman Leadership School, and nondestructive inspection informs the calm, detail-oriented approach he brings to Horizon—leading teams, managing risk, and following through on every commitment.
